Wall paper? No, wall graphics

Considering how much space our walls represent in our homes, it's odd that we don't pay more attention to them. It's like the walls in an art gallery where our furniture is the art (I wish!). Well, the folks over at Blik is helping us out today with their slick wall graphics. In true modern individual spirit you can design your own graphics. Before you do, check out their wall decals with featured artists.

Don't run around in circles, let the walls do that instead

It's an innovative idea, especially in terms of interior designing and home improvement. :) For me, it would make my home livelier and fun to live in compared to just staring to something bare or pale. ugh!

I think Blik has some nice designs, but there are some other really cool companies out there that have done some great stuff with wall graphics and wall decals. One company that really stands out for it's designs is www.slicksticks.com

They seem to get the designing part and the whole room decorating all in one. Long live wall graphics...

I was looking for wall paper design that fits my feng shui recommendation for my client and I read the graphics designed wall paper with interest.

In my feng shui consultation, colors and graphical patterns are the most important and powerful way to enhance favorable energy and suppress unfavorable energy to make the home or bedroom auspicious. In fact these are taught by the ancient feng shui masters.

I think it is great that you can change the look and feel of your living space with wall decals. It allows you to get very creative. I found a site here in Ohio that I have used a few times now, and love the product I receive from my own digital camera!

Some of today's wall paper actually comes in a peel-and-stick variety, making it a lot like these wall graphics seen here.

Just imagine... no more scraping glue!
